The Company has a semi-exclusive information service provider sharing relationship with Ministry of Information
Industry (MII) and State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC). It is a member of the Subject group of
Tenth-five Plan of National Electronic Library, and has been licensed with the Telecommunication Value-added
Licensing Agency of China.
Guoxin's business groups encompass production and maintenance of a broad range of yellow pages and electronic library,
including information databases on 73 different industries, which represent a compilation on 8.5 million Chinese
companies. It publishes many niche yellow pages productions, including: China Industry and Commerce Information
Yellow Pages, China Telephone Yellow Pages, China Procurement Big Yellow Pages, East China Big Yellow Pages,
Beijing Tianjin and Shanghai Big Yellow Pages. The Company also operates a telephone marketing call center, 30,000
square meters at Beijing GuoXin Science Park. The Company has a semi-exclusive national license for call center
professional training, which has been issued by the Ministry of Information Industry. MII is a shareholder in Guoxin and
provides office space for Guoxin, which is headquartered in Beijing.
